Delete your Brioday account
Last updated 14 October 2026
Brioday is a workout and nutrition tracker made by Black Ops Solutions IT Pty Ltd, an Australian company. You can delete your Brioday account, and everything in it, at any time. Here's how, and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your Brioday account, with the subject "Delete my Brioday account". If you sign in with Google, use your Google account's email address.
- We'll reply to confirm we've received it. We only act on a request sent from the account's own email address.
- We delete the account and its data within 30 days, and email you when it's done.
What's deleted
- Your account: your name, email address, password and Google sign-in.
- Everything you've logged: workouts and sets, plans, meals and foods, water, supplements, weigh-ins, measurements, body scans, sleep, blood pressure, and anything brought in from Health Connect.
- Your photos: meal, progress, supplement label and challenge photos.
- Your AI look-up history and form check results.
- Your name and progress, from every challenge you're in. Challenges you created are deleted.
- Any Premium plan is cancelled, so you won't be charged again.
What's kept, and for how long
- Payment records. If you've paid for Premium, Stripe (our payment processor) keeps the record of each payment (amount, date and invoice) for as long as tax and financial laws require, generally 5 years in Australia. These records don't include your workouts, food or health data.
- Backups. We back up our database daily and keep each backup for 14 days, so a copy of your data remains in those backups for up to 14 days after it's deleted. Backups are only used to recover from a failure.
- On your phone. What Brioday keeps on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app, or clear brioday.app's data in your browser.
Deleting some of your data instead
You don't need to delete your account to remove something. Delete any workout, meal, weigh-in or photo in the app and it's removed from your account and all your devices. To stop bringing in Health Connect data, go to Me, then Health, and disconnect it.
