Log every set. Works offline.
Brioday is a workout and nutrition tracker for people who lift. Follow a training plan, log every set in seconds, keep track of what you eat and how your body changes, and take on challenges with friends or your gym.
Plans and every set
Follow a ready-made program or build your own, and log the weight and reps of every set. Technique tips for the big lifts come up as you train.
Works offline
Everything saves on your phone first, so a gym with no signal doesn't matter. With an account it backs up and syncs between your devices.
Challenges
Race friends through the same plan, or chase a goal like "first to 1,000 push-ups". Gyms can run branded challenges for their members, and you can join anonymously.
Food and nutrition
Log meals, scan barcodes and track calories, protein, carbs, fat, water and supplements. AI look-ups estimate a meal from a description or a photo: a few are free, then they're part of Premium.
Body and health
Weigh-ins, measurements, body composition and sleep. On Android, bring in steps, workouts and body scans from Samsung Health through Health Connect.
Form checks and machine look-ups
Film a set and get feedback on your technique, or photograph a machine to find out what it is, what it works and how to use it (Premium).
Why "Brioday"?
Brio (say it BREE-oh) is Italian for energy and spirit. Musicians know it from con brio, "with spirit": Beethoven's Fifth opens Allegro con brio. In English it means doing something with life and verve.
Getting stronger and eating better don't happen in one big day. They come from ordinary days done with a bit of brio: turning up, logging the set, getting your protein in, and doing it again tomorrow. That's what the app is for, so that's its name. Brioday: a day with brio, every day.
Your account
Use Brioday without an account and everything stays on your phone. Create one with your email or with Google to back up your training and use it on more than one device. Brioday is free to use; Premium plans unlock the AI features and give more of them.
Using Brioday is covered by the terms of use, and how your data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
